I have been trying for a month to get a repair on my Electrolux refrigerator that I have a 60-month warranty on. I have been given the names of two repair companies that NSI says works with them, only to find out that they will not. I was told that management will call me back, and they never do. 10 days later another Technician came and wanted me to go over the whole story, I did. When he opened the dashboard he screamed and said ohhhhh!!!!!!!. The previous technician after replacing the parts did not connect the sensor hose inside the dashboard, bad, bad workmanship. The washer is working now. 15 mos after purchasing a Whirlpool Washer stopped getting hot water, app was made for 5 days later, they came, had to order parts, came back a week later ( another technician) installed the parts, technician tried the drain and spin cycle, I had no reason to doubt the work., he left, a few hours later ( on Friday night ) started the washer, it filled up completely,( HE model) supposed to use... I bought a washing machine through Pasadena Kitchen/Spencer Service in Pasadena California. I thought I was buying an extended warranty through the local company yet was sold one through NSI. 3 weeks into asking for service, no reply and repeated run around. I have nsi 5 year warranty on my t.v. My pixils on my t.v started going out over 2 months ago. It is still not fixed. Every time they tell me I need to call back in 3-4 days. Every time I call it is a different reason why my t.v has not been repaired. First I was waiting for a approval from there tech department. I Purchased new DLP/HDTV Mar 2006 from local dealer. Also purchased 5 yr warranty through NSI at a cost of $545.00. The TV Lamp went out July 2008. I purchased lamp and replaced it myself.
