I wait over 10 days to get confirmation that they had my claim, which was submitted 3 TIMES. Each time I talked to a representative I got different instructions and excuses. My son purchased a Cyberpower PC SLC7000 through Electronic Express in October 2014, purchasing the 3 year extended warranty through NSI Protection, since he had spent $1300 on it, he figured it would be a good idea to get protection just in case. 30 days later still waiting for my washer to be repaired. Several calls to the company, many promises of a supervisor to call me, nothing, this extended warranty is a huge ripoff. They keep saying the part is not in stock, but yet I did some research, found the part in stock at several companies with over night delivery. I have been trying for a month to get a repair on my Electrolux refrigerator that I have a 60-month warranty on. I have been given the names of two repair companies that NSI says works with them, only to find out that they will not. I was told that management will call me back, and they never do. 10 days later another Technician came and wanted me to go over the whole story, I did. When he opened the dashboard he screamed and said ohhhhh!!!!!!!. The previous technician after replacing the parts did not connect the sensor hose inside the dashboard, bad, bad workmanship. The washer is working now. I am still upset about the whole thing, think about it: is like you have a mechanic change the oil in your car and he forgets to put the cap... Read more

15 mos after purchasing a Whirlpool Washer stopped getting hot water, app was made for 5 days later, they came, had to order parts, came back a week later ( another technician) installed the parts, technician tried the drain and spin cycle, I had no reason to doubt the work., he left, a few hours later ( on Friday night ) started the washer, it filled up completely,( HE model) supposed to use little water and no hot water and then after filling... I bought a washing machine through Pasadena Kitchen/Spencer Service in Pasadena California. I thought I was buying an extended warranty through the local company yet was sold one through NSI. 3 weeks into asking for service, no reply and repeated run around. Spencer service has repeatedly tried to do the legwork for me with NSI for which I am grateful. Be wary of extended warranty agreements that are not with big box stores that self honor... Read more

I have nsi 5 year warranty on my t.v. My pixils on my t.v started going out over 2 months ago. It is still not fixed. Every time they tell me I need to call back in 3-4 days. Every time I call it is a different reason why my t.v has not been repaired. First I was waiting for a approval from there tech department. I Purchased new DLP/HDTV Mar 2006 from local dealer. Also purchased 5 yr warranty through NSI at a cost of $545.00. The TV Lamp went out July 2008. I purchased lamp and replaced it myself. Anyone purchasing warranty:Be aware that nsi are not fulfilling any obligations now.I recently purchased A 3 year extended warranty from them and now im 8 months into it and they wont fix any of the problems I am having with my purchase.
