After fighting with NSI for over three weeks to get my dyer fixed. They sent someone out to repair from 56.2 miles away?

It took him almost four hour to find my house as he got lost and went to the wrong city? He showed up in a BMW and not a repair truck/van and spoke little English. He took the dryer apart and never put it together. The replacement part came in one week later according to UPS but they did not call to install ?

Two weeks later still not installed. (Total 3 1/2 weeks) I called NSI to talk to a supervisor/manager twice and never received a call back.

I call a local " Appliance Specialty " and he had the part on the truck and installed it in less than one hour. DO NOT BUY A NSI PROTECTION PLAN !

Product or Service Mentioned: Nsi Warranty Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $275.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Service and follow through, Does not support their warranty.
