Resolved: NSI EXTENDED WARRENTY 4 MONTHS WITHOUT OVEN WALL UNIT

We bought a Kitchen-Aid oven wall unit. At that time we bought the Extended Warranty thinking we will be covered. I have been speaking to the NSI service daily for 4 months. No one can help, they have given me the runaround, they can not provide me with higher management. I believed that by paying them for the Extended Warranty they took my hard-working money and ran with it.

User's recommendation: *** NO only if you want the runaround. Hard working money go t.

Extended warranty Customer service complaints

I have been told that my food loss check has been entered incorrectly on 8-20-18 it is now 9-17–18 almost a MONTH later and the supposedly easy process , has failed !!! My check has been processed per Salvador but doesn’t know whose bringing the check , postal, fed x omg this has been a cluster screw up for a month Before u take out warranty ASK TONS OF Questions and get a corporate Office Contact number, and call that number right in front of the people who are selling u the warranty .... see if u can speak with someone Shocked

Very very poor

I have had a GE service repair tech out to my house 5 tines. My washer still isn’t fixed. This has been since June. No more warranty’s for me. At my wits end with GE and NSI.

Incompetent customer service

I called to get my refridge repaired the system is very difficult to navigate. When you finally get a rep, they are puppets with a script. They don't listen to anything you say. I got an apt set up. They schedule an apt with out contacting the company , so the apt time is correct. The night before my apt some called me t 12 :45 am. Didn't leave a message. I called back and could not navigate the impossible phone system. tried to leave the person a message and the system wanted me to spell out the last and first name on phone key pad! I hung up. Terrible company untrained reps.

First they can call anything normal wear and tear and get away with it. They are in bed with their service providers- used A GO Home Appliance in SanJose and they will word it in such a way that NSI will deny all repairs under pretext of wear and tear

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had bought a Frigidaire Refrigerator, two years ago with it going down twice now a 2 to 3 months at a time. Called NSI on April 17th 2017 about my refrigerator not working. Sent repair man out so many times (with out it getting fixed) that the repair service said it was non repairable On May 26th 2017. So it was under review forever to see if they were going to replace it, Well on June 21st 2017 I called back to see what was going on with the replacement (had to make several phone calls in between dates). The whole time they kept saying they were dealing with a local company to replace it. On June 23rd 2017 I called back (always having to call them, they wont call you back) to find out when it would be replaced to find out that they ordered an new one out of New York. I LIVE IN INDIANA..... then I disagreed that was not what I agreed to. I pretty much got a to bad don't have a ship date don't know when It will be shipped. So I still have no refrigerator for over two months and still no clue when I will get one. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY......
